The New Museum: Engaging Audiences in the Age of Covid Case Study

Genetic Moo are a UK-based collective who specialise in building large-scale digital ecosystems called Microworld which have delighted audiences all over the world.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, Genetic Moo had to find a way to make their interactive, ‘touch-me’ show adapt to a world where touching was no longer allowed. They also wanted to explore how to build engagement with younger, digitally-native audiences in the new normal.

Read their case study here and find out how they shifted and adapted to the new normal, delivering exhibitions which engaged audiences safely throughout the pandemic.
