Wanted: Outdoor Exhibitions Advice

If anyone can offer any advice on putting on outdoor exhibitions, particularly in Scotland, it would be most appreciated! I’m having issues with planning permission and weight loading, but know that there are plenty of good outdoor exhibitions that means that people must have solved these issues in the past.
